Qn: I read online claiming that by changing my covers, my warranty will be voided. Is that true?
Ans: This is only true if your warranty sticker is broken. Zhng Your Berry will try our best to prevent such situations from happening. However, it should be noted that all services are conducted at your own risk. Should any accidents occur in course of service, Zhng Your Berry will not be liable.
Qn: How much do you charge to change the housing/casing for bold 9700/9780/9000 and/or curve 9300?
Ans: All the pricing for the various services available can be found on the 'Pricing' page.
Qn: How does this service work?
Ans: Purchase the housing(s) for your respective blackberry model, bring it to us and we will change it for you at a fee (refer to pricing tab).
Qn: Do I need to leave my phone with you for a few days?
Ans: This service rendered is immediate. Zhng Your Berry will not, under any circumstances, confiscate your phone in our private care.
Qn: Where would you change the covers at? Can you do it at a location at my convenience?
Ans: Allocation of slots for our services will be done on a first-come-first serve basis, at our convenience, between NEL Punggol to Dhoby Ghaut. Zhng Your Berry charges accordingly for urgent cases. Do drop us an email for more enquiries.
Qn: I am interested in the rainbow coloured keypad! Is it removable if I do not like it anymore? Does it void my warranty?
Ans: Yes, it is. We can remove it for you. No, it will not void the warranty, unless the warranty seal is broken.
Qn: I like your rainbow keypad, but it's too expensive! Can you give me a cheaper price?
Ans: To install the colour into your phone, we have to dismantle your phone, akin to changing the housing. Each colour scheme is specifically custom made to the size of your keypad. The single fee charged includes all these handiwork and details.
Qn: The top cover on my housing is not permanently attached! Can you help me glue it there?
Ans: Zhng Your Berry does not glue but will solder the top cover on to your housing for you at a fee of $2. For housings that requires soldering services, meet-ups will have to be conduct at areas such as Starbucks or Tully's Coffee@OC that provides power plug to work the soldering gun.
